3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your main24 login credentials, including your username and password. main24 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account.
3.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you, unless you have promptly notified main24 of an unauthorised access or security breach.
3.3 You must notify main24 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.4 main24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion if it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or if required to do so for regulatory, legal, or responsible gaming reasons.
3.5 Upon Account closure or termination, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet (excluding Bonus Funds subject to pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to identity verification.
All transactions on main24 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow, and FPX.
4.1 Deposits. Deposits to your main24 Wallet are processed via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. main24 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise directed by main24's support team for verification purposes. Withdrawal requests submitted to eWallets (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) and DuitNow/FPX transfers are typically processed within 1 business day.
4.3 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals. main24 is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals. You must complete the KYC process to withdraw funds. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in funds being held pending verification.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in the cashier section at the time of the request.
4.5 Third-Party Payments. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards held in another person's name, or anonymous payment methods are not permitted. main24 reserves the right to return any deposit made from a third-party payment source and to require additional verification before processing related withdrawals.
4.6 Chargebacks. Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback against a main24 deposit will result in immediate Account suspension and may be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
5.1 main24 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Users from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and any game contribution percentages will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 main24 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after it has been claimed, if it is believed that a User has attempted to abuse the promotion or circumvent its terms.
5.4 Only one Account per individual, household, IP address, or device is eligible for any promotional offer. Attempts to claim bonuses via multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
5.5 Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
6.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on main24 are subject to the specific game rules, sportsbook rules, and table limits applicable to the relevant product at the time the bet is placed. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market.
6.2 Sportsbook. Sports bets are settled in accordance with main24's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, main24's settlement decision shall be final, subject to the disputes procedure in Section 12.
6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards and equipment operated by certified live studio staff. main24 is not responsible for interrupted game rounds caused by connectivity issues on the User's end. Where a live game round is interrupted due to a technical failure on main24's end, affected wagers will be voided and returned to the User's Wallet.
6.4 Slots & RNG Games. All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any session.
6.5 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a software malfunction or error that causes a game to produce an incorrect result or payout, main24 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return staked amounts to the User. No further compensation or payout will be issued in relation to a malfunctioning game.
Violation of any item in this section will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real money where derived from prohibited activity), and may be referred to relevant authorities.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 10.1 The main24 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. main24 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, main24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 main24's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.1 main24's collection, use, and processing of personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference and is accessible at main24.win/privacy-policy.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to main24 collecting, processing, and storing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support purposes.
12.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your Account or a transaction, you should contact main24 support in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including the relevant date, time, game or market, and amount involved.
12.2 main24 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
12.3 In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved internally to the User's satisfaction, main24 may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service in accordance with international gaming authority standards.
12.4 During the pendency of any dispute, main24 reserves the right to place a hold on the funds in question until the dispute is resolved.

13.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
